How to Apply
Step 1: Confirm eligibility.
PTAA Arizona is an open-enrollment public charter school. Admission is not based on a student’s residence within any specific district. See our enrollment information for full details.
No prior or pending expulsion from another school, as provided under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 15-184).
Step 2: Complete and submit the online application.
We recommend completing and submitting your application in one session. An email confirmation will be sent to the email of record. If the number of applications for a grade level exceeds available seats, PTAA Arizona conducts an equitable, random open-enrollment lottery and, if needed, forms a waitlist in lottery order.
Step 3: Finalize registration.
To finalize registration, the parent, guardian, or other person having lawful control of the student must provide proof of the student’s identity and age (e.g., birth certificate), proof of Arizona residency, immunization records (or a valid exemption), and the most recent report card or transcript if available.
