P-TECH: Get Ready for High School and Beyond

At Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy, our P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School) model prepares students to be ready for high school and a head start on college and career. Students build the academic, technical, and workplace skills that lead to industry certificates and college credit — tuition free.

What is P-TECH?

P-TECH stands for Pathways in Technology Early College High School.

  1. Students choose a career pathway and take courses that provide the academic, technical, and workplace skills that are attractive to employers.
  2. Students have the potential to earn an associate’s degree in four to six years, along with industry certificates for their selected career pathway.
  3. Students can earn up to 60 hours of free college credit while pursuing their high school diploma. Yes, TUITION FREE!
  4. We are also a TSI Approved Testing Center.

STEM occupations are growing at 17%, while other occupations grow at about 9.8%.

Online School of Arizona (OSAZ)

PTAA Arizona is proud to be affiliated with our sister school, the Online School of Arizona (OSAZ). Together, PTAA and OSAZ give Arizona families flexible options to keep learning on track — in person at PTAA and online through OSAZ — while students prepare for high school and pursue P-TECH early-college and career pathways.
